These terms describe the conditions for using Legioneer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you must be authorized to do so. Questions may be sent to support@convey.care. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Your account and information

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for content and actions submitted through your account and authorized integrations. Report unauthorized access promptly.

Profiles, companies, and hiring

Legioneer lets people create professional profiles and companies publish their presence and job requirements. All job listings are invitation-only. Viewing a job or creating a profile does not constitute an application or guarantee an invitation, interview, offer, or employment. Companies decide whom to invite and hire, subject to applicable law. Published job windows must satisfy the platform's maximum 30-day closing-date rules.

Employers are responsible for truthful job descriptions, compensation and equity statements, sponsorship information, lawful selection criteria, and compliance with employment, accessibility, nondiscrimination, and pay-disclosure requirements. Candidates are responsible for accurately describing their experience and qualifications. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, misrepresent opportunities, discriminate unlawfully, solicit unlawful payments, or harvest personal information.

Your content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant Legioneer permission to host, process, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including public pages, sharing, matching, and authorized assistant requests. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and information about other people.

Public content can be indexed and copied by third parties. Changes to visibility cannot guarantee removal of copies outside the service. We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms, infringes rights, or threatens the service or its users.

AI assistance and verification

AI-generated text and candidate rankings can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. They do not replace your judgment or determine hiring outcomes. Identity-verification status reports the outcome of the configured verification process; it is not a guarantee of someone's qualifications, conduct, or suitability.

When you connect an assistant, you authorize access within the permissions you approve. The assistant may prepare changes, but the Legioneer review screen requires your approval before applying them. Review the target, content, and consequences, including any invitation billing, before approving. You can disconnect the assistant from future access.

Fees and third-party services

Where a feature carries a fee, the price and billing trigger shown for that feature apply. Company invitation workflows may incur charges when an invitation is accepted. Creating a draft or approving a proposed change does not waive the applicable charges. Contact support for billing questions or disputes. These terms do not limit any mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Authentication, payments, identity verification, hosting, and connected assistants rely on third-party services. Their terms and availability may also apply. Connecting Legioneer does not include a ChatGPT or Claude subscription or guarantee access to their features.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not bypass permissions, access another user's private data without authorization, interfere with the service, distribute malicious content, send spam, or use automation to abuse the platform. We may suspend access to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or hiring success. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Leaving the service and updates

You may stop using Legioneer and request account closure by contacting support. Closure does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or records that must be retained. We may update these terms and will identify the new update date and provide additional notice where required. Material new obligations apply subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
